The Wolf Amendment, named after former Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA) who originally put in into law (the Commerce-Justice-Science appropriations bill that funds NASA) in 2011, tightly restrictis (but does not prohibit) U.S.-China space cooperation. It has been included in every CJS bill since.
