2024 NASA EXPLORATION SCIENCE FORUM, July 23-25, 2024, St. Louis, MO/virtual

Update, July 21: The agenda is posted.

On Tuesday, July 23, at 9:15 am CENTRAL Time (10:15 am Eastern), NASA’s Joel Kearns is scheduled to discuss the VIPER program. Kearns and NASA SMD Associate Administrator Nicky Fox announced on July 17 that NASA is terminating VIPER.

VIPER Project Scientist Anthony Colaprete is listed on the schedule to give a presentation later that day at 11:35 am CENTRAL (12:35 pm Eastern) and the Lunar Exploration Analysis Group (LEAG) will hold a Town Hall on the VIPER cancellation on Thursday, July 25, at 9:45 am CENTRAL Time (10:45 am Eastern).

Separately, Robin Canup, Vice President Solar System Science & Exploration Division, Southwest Research Institute, will give a public keynote lecture on Tuesday evening at 7:00 pm CENTRAL Time (8:00 pm Eastern) on “Origin of the Moon.”

SSERVI is pleased to announce that the 2024 NASA Exploration Science Forum (NESF2024) will be held on July 23-25 at the Knight Center on the campus of Washington University in St. Louis, MO, in collaboration with the SSERVI ICE-FIVE-O team.  We look forward to seeing you either in person or online!  We will follow up with other announcements as planning proceeds.
