The Space Studies Board (SSB) of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine will hold its annual Space Science Week from March 18-22, 2024.
A public lecture will take place on March 20, 2024 at the National Academy of Sciences building, 2101 Constitution Ave., NW, Washington, DC. at 7:00 pm ET.
The speaker is Dr. Anna-Lisa Paul, Director of the Interdisciplinary Center for Biotechnology Research at the University of Florida. Her topic is: “Growing Insight into Space: Plants are Enablers of Extraterrestrial Exploration.”
The SSB will livestream the lecture.
