It’s never been a more exciting time to be a part of the space community. In the last year, we’ve seen a record number of space launches averaging 1 every 34 hours, China’s Chang’e 6 mission land on the Moon and bring back lunar samples, U.S. commercial companies continue to deliver payloads to the Moon, and 12 new countries have signed the Artemis Accords – a common set of principles to enhance the governance of the civil exploration and use of outer space.
With space activity thriving at every turn, we invite you to join us on June 5, 2025, for the ABA Space Law Symposium where we will gather professionals from industry, government, and academia to discuss the some of the latest developments in space law and policy.
Planned panel topics will include:
- Nuclear Realities in Outer Space
- Building International Partnerships in Outer Space
- Biotech in Outer Space
- Existing and Emerging Markets for Commercial LEO Space
- General Counsel’s Panel
