7th INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON SPACE SAILING (ISSS 2025), June 30-July 4, 2025, The Netherlands

The 7th International Symposium on Space Sailing (ISSS 2025) will take place from June 30-July 4, 2025 at Delft University of Technology in The Netherlands.

Since its inauguration in Herrsching, Germany, in 2007, the ISSS has been held in New York, USA (2010), Glasgow, UK (2013), Kyoto, Japan (2017), Aachen, Germany (2019), and New York, USA (2023). Following the tradition of these previous symposia, ISSS 2025 will focus on recent advances in any form of space sailing, including, but not limited to, solar sails, drag sails, magnetic sails, and electric sails. Specific areas of interest include hardware and enabling technologies, dynamics and control, modelling and testing, mission applications, and past, current, and future programs.
