A MISSION TO MARS: CONVERSATION WITH UAE’S SARAH AL AMIRI (CSIS), Aug 31, 2021, virtual, 9:00-10:00 am ET

The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) will hold a webinar on August 31, 2021 from 9:00-10:00 am ET.

The webinar is part of CSIS’s “Smart Women, Smart Power” initiative and features a conversation with Her Excellency Sarah bint Yousef Al Amiri, the United Arab Emirates UAE) Minister of State for Advanced Technology and Chairwoman of the UAE Space Agency. The UAE’s Hope spacecraft is currently orbiting Mars.

She will be interviewed by CSIS’s Nina Easton, Senior Associate (non-resident) and Beverly Kirk, Fellow and Director for Outreach, International Security Program.
