“ARTEMIS DAY”, Dec 9, 2019, Michoud Assembly Facility, LA/Stennis Space Center, MS, 9:00 am ET press conf (NASA TV)

NASA will hold an “Artemis Day” for the media and “social media influencers” on December 9, 2019 at the Michoud Assembly Facility new New Orleans, LA and Stennis Space Center, MS for a close-up look at the core stage of the first Space Launch System (SLS) rocket.  The core stage is being assembled at Michoud and will be tested at Stennis.

The day will begin at Michoud with a press conference by NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine at 9:00 am ET (8:00 am local), that will be broadcast on NASA TV and NASA Live.  The tour of Stennis will take place the next day, December 10.
