Update, November 14, 11:00 am ET: NASA says the briefing will be no earlier than 6:00 pm ET. Participants are TBD.
Update, November 13, 10:00 pm ET: At the post-MMT briefing this evening, NASA said there are two issues they are still working and the MMT will meet again tomorrow. Consequently this briefing will be delayed to a time to be determined. Stay tuned for updates.
Update, November 11: NASA is sticking with November 16 at 1:04 am ET for the launch. NASA will have a pre-launch briefing on November 14 at 12:00 pm ET. [Previously this was called the “launch preparation” or “countdown update” briefing.]
Update, November 8: The November 14 launch has been postponed until at least November 16 due to Tropical Storm Nicole. November 19 is a backup. Stay tuned for updates on when this briefing will take place.
Original entry: NASA will provide on update on preparations for the third attempt to launch Artemis I at a media briefing on November 12, 2022 at 12:00 pm ET at Kennedy Space Center. The launch itself is scheduled for about 36 hours later at 12:07 am November 14.
(The first two attempts to launch Artemis I were on August 29 and September 3.)
The briefing will air live on NASA TV, the NASA app, and NASA Live.
