Axiom Space will hold a virtual media roundtable with the Axiom-3 crew on October 16, 2023 at 9:00 am CENTRAL Time (10:00 am Eastern). Pre-registration is required for media. The event will be webcast.

Axiom-3 is expected to launch to the International Space Station no earlier than January 2024. Axiom calls it the first “all European commercial astronaut mission.” Lopez-Alegria is a former NASA astronaut who holds dual citizenship in the U.S. and Spain.
The four crew members are:
- Michael Lopez-Alegria, Axiom Space
- Walter Villadei, Italian Air Force
- Alper Gezeravci, Turkish Air Force
- Marcus Wandt, ESA/Sweden (former Swedish Air Force)
