BRIDENSTINE VISITS MSFC, Aug 16, 2019, Huntsville, AL, 3:10 pm ET (NASA TV)

NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine will visit Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) in Huntsville, AL on August 16, 2019.  At 3:10 pm ET (2:10 pm Central Time), he will provide an update on NASA’s Artemis program to return humans to the Moon.

Press reports indicate he will make a major announcement about MSFC taking the lead role in developing landers for that program, and Johnson Space Center’s role, too.

His remarks will air live on NASA TV and the NASA Live website.  Joining him will be four Republican members of Congress, two from Alabama (Mo Brooks and Robert Aderholt), one from neighboring Tennessee (Scott DesJarlais) and one from Texas (Brian Babin, whose district includes Johnson Space Center).
