The Mitchell Institute will hold a webinar on November 6, 2025 from 11:00 am-12:00 pm where Charles Galbreath, Senior Resident Fellow for Spacepower Studies, will discuss his latest paper, “A Broader Look at Dynamic Space Operations: Imposing Multi-Dimensional Dilemmas on Adversaries.”

Joining him will be Lt. Gen. John Shaw (Ret.), former Deputy Commander of U.S. Space Command, and Trevor Haak, Director, Strategic Development for Space Systems and Technologies, GA-EMS.  Mitchell Institute Dean Lt. Gen. David Deptula (Ret.) will moderate the discussion.
