The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) will hold a report release event on October 4, 2017 from 3:00-4:00 pm ET at its headquarters at 1616 Rhode Island Ave, NW, Washington, DC.

The report is “Escalation and Deterrence in the Second Space Age,” a study by the CSIS Aerospace Security Project.
