EXOPLANET LECTURE FEATURING NASA’S PADI BOYD, Nov 2, 2017, Library of Congress, DC, 11:30-12:30 ET

Dr. Padi Boyd, Chief of the Exoplanets and Stellar Astrophysics Lab at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center will present a lecture on: “To Explore Strange New Worlds…”: NASA’s Small Steps and Giant Leaps in Understanding Worlds Beyond.

“The field of exoplanets is growing explosively, with 3,510 confirmed as of
September 15.  Dr. Padi Boyd, Chief of the Exoplanets and Stellar
Astrophysics Laboratory at NASA Goddard will talk about exoplanets and
humanity s rapidly evolving view of our place in the Universe”

The lecture will take place in the Pickford Theater of the Madison Building of the Library of Congress on Capitol Hill in Washington,DC on November 2, 2017 from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm ET.
