George Whitesides (D-CA), Vice Ranking Member of the House Science, Space and Technology Committee (and former NASA Chief of Staff and former CEO of Virgin Galactic), and Bobby Braun, head of the Space Exploration Sector at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory.
