G’DAY USA: US-AUSTRALIA SPACE INDUSTRY XCHANGE, Sept 24, 2020, virtual, 6:00 pm ET

The “G-Day USA: US-Australia Space Industry XChange” will take place virtually at 6:00 pm ET on September 24, 2020.

This event will feature opening remarks by:

Dr Megan Clark AC (Head, Australian Space Agency)

Dr Larry Marshall (Chief Executive, CSIRO)

Lt Gen Larry James (USAF, Ret; JPL Deputy Director)

These speakers will then explore Australia’s participation with the US on the return to the Moon and on to Mars, in a conversation moderated by Colonel Pam Melroy (USAF, Ret; Former NASA Astronaut; Director Space Technology & Policy, Nova Systems).

This event provides a chance to hear from Australian and US thought leaders in the space industry.  It comes at a time when Australia’s newly established Space Agency is seeking to triple the size of the Australian space sector – to $12 billion by 2030.
