Explore Mars will hold a panel discussion in 2325 Rayburn House Office Building at 2:00 pm ET on December 7, 2017 on “Harnessing the Mandate for Mars.”
The panel will present a preliminary report on the 5th Mars Achieveability and Sustainability Workshop being held in Washington, DC earlier that week, an overview of recent mission architecture concepts, and highlight that Mars is an achieveable goal that can be sustainable and affordable. Panelists are:

- Jeff Bingham, former Senior Senate Staffer
- Sarag Saikia, Purdue University
- Janet Ivey, Janet’s Plane)
