INDUSTRY DAY FOR SPD-3: OPEN ARCHITECTURE DATA REPOSITORY, Nov 23 and Nov 24, 2020, virtual

The Department of Commerce’s Office of Space Commerce (OSC) will hold an “Industry Day” to obtain input regarding the Open Architecture Data Repository (OSDR) it is creating for Space Situational Awareness/Space Traffic Management (SSA/STM) in response to President Trump’s Space Policy Directive-3.

Meetings will be held on two days, November 23 — the “West Coast Day” meeting, and November 24 — the “East Coast Day” meeting.  Each day begins with a 2-hour general session following by three hours of one-on-one meetings with interested companies.

The general sessions are open to the public (register in advance) and the material presented by OSC will be the same each day.

Companies west of the Mississippi are invited to sign up for the “West Coast” day and those east of the Mississippi for the “East Coast” day according to the organizers, but the entire event is virtual.

More information including the times each day are in the Federal Register announcement, which is reproduced below.
