Update, November 19: The 43-day government shutdown (October 1-November 12) caused the postponement of many meetings. In the November 19 Federal Register, NSF announced a two-day AAAC virtual meeting for December 11-12, 2025, that presumbly incorporates what would have been discussed during the original one-day November 7 meeting (see below).

Date and Time: December 11-12, 2025; 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. eastern time.
Place: 2415 Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22314.
This is a virtual meeting. Members and the public may attend this
meeting virtually via Zoom.

them.
Agenda: To provide updates on Agency activities and to discuss the
Committees draft annual report due 15 March 2026.
