ISS EXPEDITION 72 CHANGE-OF-COMMAND CEREMONY, Mar 7, 2025, Earth orbit, 1:55 pm ET

NASA astronaut Suni Williams will turn over command of the International Space Station to Russian cosmonaut Aleksey Ovchinin at 1:55 pm ET on March 7, 2025. She and her Crew-9 crewmates are preparing to return to Earth after they are replaced by Crew-10, which is scheduled to launch on March 12 and arrive on March 13.  Crew-9 will depart after a five-day or so handover.

The change-of-command ceremony will air on NASA+.
