Russia will launch the Soyuz MS-27 mission to the International Space Station from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on April 8, 2025 at 1:47 am ET (5:47 am UTC, 10:47 am at Baikonur). They are scheduled to spend about eight months (instead of the typical six months) on the ISS, returning in December.
The crew members are:
- Sergey Ryzhikov (Roscosmos)
- Aleksey Zubritsky (Roscosmos)
- Jonny Kim (NASA)
Launch coverage on NASA+ begins at 12:45 am ET.
The crew will dock with the ISS just over 3 hours later at 5:03 am ET. NASA+ coverage begins 4:15 am ET.
