Update December 1:  The list of speakers has changed.  Secretary of Commerce Ross and SecAF Barrett are no longer on the agenda, for example.  Kevin O’Connell, Director of NOAA’s Office of Space Commerce, will represent the Department of Commerce.  Lt.
