LUNAR ISRU 2019: DEVELOPING A NEW SPACE ECONOMY THRU LUNAR RESOURCES (LPI), July 15-17, 2019, Columbia, MD

Update:  The workshop has been rescheduled for July 15-17, 2019 at the Universities Space Research Association Headquarters at 7178 Columbia Gateway Dr., Columbia, Maryland.  More information is on the event’s website.

Update, January 27, 2019:  the conference has been postponed because of the partial government shutdown.  Here is the notice from today’s PENS newsletter:

LUNAR ISRU WORKSHOP DELAYED
Despite the recent announcement of a temporary funding measure to open
the government, there is no guarantee that this will become permanent.
This situation has had a debilitating effect on our Lunar ISRU
Workshop, not only in terms of getting NASA participation, but also
support from USRA. At this time, we have no choice but to postpone the
workshop. If your presentation has been accepted, it will remain so.

The Lunar and Planetary Institute (LPI) will hold a conference from February 20-22, 2019 at the Universities Space Research Association (USRA) offices at 7178 Columbia Gateway Dr., Columbia, MD, on “Developing a New Space Economy Through Lunar Resources and Their Utilization: A Stepped Approach to Establishing Cislunar Commerce Through Science and Exploration (Lunar ISRU 2019).

More information is on the event’s website.
