MEPAG, Apr 3-5, 2018, Arlington, VA (Adobe Connect)

NASA’s Mars Exploration Program Analysis Group (MEPAG) will hold a face-to-face meeting from April 3-5, 2018 at the Crystal City Marriott at Reagan National Airport, Arlington, VA.

The  agenda and other information is posted on the MEPAG website.  On April 3 and 4 the meeting is 8:15 am – 6:00 pm ET and on April 5 is 8:00 am – 3:00 pm ET.   It is available remotely via Adobe Connect.  Instructions are on that website and reproduced below:

Adobe Connect Directions for the MEPAG Meeting

1. Go to: https://ac.arc.nasa.gov/mepag 
2. Log in
   – If you are a NASA employee, you can use your NDC credentials to login (just like NASA webmail).
   – If you are not a NASA employee: Select the radio box next to “Enter as Guest,” Please provide your full name and affiliation for our records, Click “Enter Room.”
3. For listening:
   – This Adobe Connect service includes a feature that allows the audio streaming automatically through your computer speakers.
     – Alternatively, you can call-in via telephone (US toll free): 1-844-467-4685, Passcode: 305161# (Note: this line will be globally muted to reduce noise.)
4. To comment/ask a question: As is typically done at these meetings, questions and comments from remote attenders should be submitted via the chat text window and will be conveyed verbally to presenters (time-permitting).
