The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and the Ronald Reagan Institute will hold a conference on March 24, 2023 from 9:00 am-2:00 pm ET on “Missile Defense at 40” in recognition of the 40th anniversary of President Ronald Reagan’s speech announcing the Strategic Defense Intiative (SDI) of missile defense.

The event will take place at CSIS, 1616 Rhode Island Ave, NW, Washington, DC and will be livestreamed.

Please join the CSIS Missile Defense Project and the Ronald Reagan Institute for a daylong conference on the past and future of missile defense. The event marks the fortieth anniversary of President Reagan’s 1983 speech announcing the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI).
