Original entry: NASA’s Astrophysics Advisory Committee will meet October 19-20, 2023 from 9:00 am-5:00 pm ET each day.
As has become the norm for NASA, the meeting location is not included in the Federal Register announcement, saying only that the public is restricted to virtual participation. Sometimes that means the committee is meeting virtually. Other times it means the committee is meeting in-person, but the public cannot attend.

SUMMARY: In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, Public Law 92-463, as amended, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) announces a meeting of the [[Page 62604]] Astrophysics Advisory Committee. This Committee reports to the Director, Astrophysics Division, Science Mission Directorate, NASA Headquarters. The meeting will be held for the purpose of soliciting, from the scientific community and other persons, scientific and technical information relevant to program planning. DATES: Thursday, October 19, 2023, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Friday, October 20, 2023, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Eastern Time. ADDRESSES: Public attendance will be virtual only.
