THREE NASA/BOEING BRIEFINGS ON UPCOMING STARLINER CFT MISSION, Mar 22, 2024, 10:00 am ET/11:30 am ET/2:00 pm ET
Event Navigation
NASA and Boeing are currently planning to launch the Starliner Crew Flight Test in “early May” 2024.
This is the first flight of Starliner with a crew aboard — NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams. It will dock with the International Space Station. The launch has been postponed many times because of technical problems with the spacecraft, but this most recent slip from April to May is because the ISS is so busy that it is challenging to find a time when a docking port is available.

An exact date for the launch has not been set, but on March 22, 2024 NASA and Boeing will hold three news conferences about the mission, all of which will be broadcast on NASA+, NASA Television, the NASA app, and the agency’s website.
