Update, August 30:  The NASA ExMAG meeting from September 15-17 and the joint ExMAG/MEPAG meeting September 18-19 are now listed as a single ExMAG meeting from September 15-19, 2025, so we are following suit and combining them on this Calendar entry.  Check the event’s website for up to date information and the agenda.

Update, April 16:  The new dates for this meeting are September 15-17, 2025.

Update, April 2: LPI sent out an announcement today saying this meeting, originally planned for May, continues to be postponed.

Update, February 15:  The website now returns a “404 page not found” notice. NASA has canceled or postponed all meetings of its Analysis/Assessment Groups (AGs) in accordance with Trump White House direction.

Original Entry: NASA’s Extraterrestrial Materials Analysis Group (ExMAG) will hold its 2025 Spring Meeting at the Lunar and Planetary Institute in Houston, TX and virtually.

“The meeting will focus on NASA’s extraterrestrial materials collections, curation, and sample return activities. It will include updates from NASA HQ and curation as well as reports on the collections, sample return activities in progress and planned, advanced curation methods, NASA funding and facilities, and data archiving.”
