NASA MEDIA TELECON ON KEPLER SPACE TELESCOPE, Oct 30, 2018, virtual, 3:00 pm ET

NASA will hold a media telecon about the status of the Kepler space telescope today, October 30, 2018, at 3:00 pm ET.  It will be livestreamed at www.nasa.gov/nasalive.  Questions can be submitted via Twitter using the hashtag #askNASA.

Participants are:

·         Paul Hertz, Astrophysics division director at NASA Headquarters in Washington

·         Charlie Sobeck, project system engineer at NASA’s Ames Research Center in California’s Silicon Valley

·         William Borucki, retired Kepler principal investigator

·         Jessie Dotson, Kepler project scientist at Ames

·         Padi Boyd, project scientist for NASA’s Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland
