NASA MEDIA TELECON RE RESCHEDULED CREW-1 LAUNCH, Oct 28, 2020, virtual, 4:00 pm ET

NASA will hold a media teleconference on October 28, 2020 at 4:00 pm ET to discuss the results of the investigation into the anomaly on a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket that led NASA and SpaceX to delay the launch of the first operational crew mission to the International Space Station, Crew-1, that was scheduled for October 31.

They just announced that the launch now will take place on November 14 at 7:49 pm ET.

Participants in the October 28 media telecon are:

  • Kathy Lueders, associate administrator, Human Exploration and Operations Mission Directorate, NASA Headquarters, Washington
  • Steve Stich, manager, Commercial Crew Program, NASA’s Johnson Space Center, Houston
  • Hans Koenigsmann, vice president, Build and Flight Reliability, SpaceX, Hawthorne, California
