NASA RELEASES UNIDENTIFIED ANOMALOUS PHENOMENA REPORT, Sept 14, 2023, DC, 10:00 am ET

NASA will release its report on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), historically known as UFOs, on September 14, 2023.

The report will be posted on NASA’s website about 9:30 am ET and a media briefing will take place at 10:00 am ET.

Participants are:

• Bill Nelson, NASA Administrator
• Nicky Fox, NASA Associate Administrator for the Science Mission Directorate
• Dan Evans, Deputy Associate Administrator for Research, SMD
• David Spergel, President, Simons Foundation and chair of NASA’s UAP independent study team

The briefing will air on NASA TV, NASA Live and the NASA app.

NASA’s press release says the report “aims to inform NASA on what possible data could be collected in the future to shed light on the nature and origin of UAP. The report is not a review or assessment of previous unidentifiable observations.”
