Update, January 23, 2019:  as of today, the SBAG website shows this meeting taking place as planned, but due to the partial government shutdown, the agenda, at least, will be changing to reflect the absence of NASA speakers.  It may  be postponed entirely.  Check the SBAG website for late breaking news.
