Update, May 14: NASA says this will take place at 6:00 pm ET.
Original Entry: NASA and SpaceX will hold a pre-launch press conference for the SpaceX Demo-2 crewed flight test to the International Space Station on May 25, 2020. The time is approximately one hour after completion of the Launch Readiness Review (LRR) and will be announced later. Launch of Demo-2 is scheduled for May 27.
Participants in this press conference are:
- Kathy Lueders, manager, NASA Commercial Crew Program
- Kirk Shireman, manager, International Space Station Program
- Hans Koenigsmann, vice president, Build and Flight Reliability, SpaceX
- Norm Knight, deputy director, NASA Johnson Space Center Flight Operations
- Mike McAleenan, launch weather officer, 45th Weather Squadron
The event will be broadcast on NASA TV.
