NASM “APOLLO 50: GO FOR THE MOON” AT THE WASHINGTON MONUMENT, July 19-20, 2019, DC, 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30 pm ET

As part of its celebration of the Apollo 11 50th anniversary, the National Air and Space Museum will project an image of the Saturn V rocket onto the Washington Monument and show archival footage of the launch on nearby screens to reenact the launch. The 17-minute “Apollo 50: Go For the Moon” show will be shown at 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30 pm ET.
On the three preceding nights (July 16, 17, and 18) the projection of the Saturn V onto the Washington Monument will be shown from 9:30-11:30 pm ET.
