NATIONAL ACADEMIES RELEASES MID-TERM REVIEW OF SOLAR AND SPACE PHYSICS DECADAL SURVEY, Feb 3, 2020, virtual, 2:00 pm ET

The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine will release its “mid-term review” of the 2012 Decadal Survey on Solar and Space Physics via webinar on February 3, 2020 at 2:00 pm ET.

The Academies produce Decadal Surveys even 10 years (a decade) identifying key scientific questions and proposing projects to answer them for each of NASA’s science disciplines.  Half-way through that 10-year period it assesses NASA’s progress in meeting the recommendations that were made.
