UNIV OF NEBRASKA SPACE LAW WEEK, Sept 28-Oct 2, 2020, virtual

Update:  The session scheduled for Tuesday on Launch Reform and Other Commercial Developments now will take place on Monday at 1:00 pm ET.

Original Entry: The University of Nebraska College of Law (UNL) will hold its 13th annual space law conference virtually this year because of the coronavirus pandemic.  Instead of one day in Washington, DC, it will be one session per day throughout the week of September 28-October 2, 2020.

The program shows sessions at the following times.  Organizers say all are 1 hour long except Friday’s, which may be extended.

  • Monday, Sept 28, 3:00 pm ET (Harmful Contamination Standards and COSPAR Reform)
  • Tuesday, Sept 29,  Monday, Sept. 28, 1:00 pm ET (Launch Reform and Other Commercial Developments)
  • Wednesday, Sept 30, 1:00 pm ET (Artemis Accords)
  • Thursday, Oct 1, 12:00 pm ET (Spectrum Issues Before the FCC and ITU)
  • Friday, Oct 2, 1:00 pm ET (Military Space Operations)
