UPDATE, Feb 10, 2019:  The new date for the meeting is confirmed for April 23-24 at NASA HQ in Washington, DC.

UPDATE, Jan 20, 2019:  The meeting is being postponed because of the partial government shutdown.  The new tentative date is April 23-24.
