Original Entry: Russia will launch the next Progress cargo resupply mission, Progress MS-13, to the International Space Station (ISS) on December 1, 2019 at 6:30 am ET. NASA refers to this as Progress 74 because it is the 74th Progress launch to the ISS (many more preceded it to Russian space stations).
NASA TV coverage begins at 6:00 am ET.
If launch takes place as scheduled, it will dock with ISS on December 3 at 8:43 am ET (NASA TV coverage begins 800 am ET).
