Cornell University planetary scientist Steve Squyres will give a public lecture at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) in Pasadena, CA on July 24, 2019 at 7:30 pm PACIFIC DAYLIGHT TIME.  The talk is part of the 9th International Conference on Mars taking place there that week. Squyres is the “father” of the Mars Exploration Rovers Spirit and Opportunity that explored and studied Mars for years past their 90-day design lifetimes.
