SASC HRG ON DEPT OF THE AIR FORCE POSTURE REVIEW, May 20, 2025, DC, 9:30 am ET

The Senate Armed Services Committee (SASC) will hold its annual Department of the Air Force posture review on May 20, 2025 at 9:30 am ET in SD-G50 Dirksen Senate Office Building.  The hearing will be webcast on the committee’s website.

The Department of the Air Force comprises two military services: the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Space Force.

Troy Meink was confirmed by the Senate as Secretary of the Air Force on May 13 and sworn into office on May 16, so will be on the job only four days by the time he testifies at this hearing.
