The Senate Armed Services Committee (SASC) will a hold a hearing on May 6, 2020 at 3:00 pm ET in SD-G50 Dirksen Senate Office Building.
The topic is “Department of Defense Spectrum Policy and the Impact of the Federal Communications Commission’s Ligado Decision on National Security.”
The FCC has approved Ligado’s application to use spectrum that DOD insists may interfere with the GPS system.
