SASC HRG ON NOMINATION OF GEN C.Q. BROWN FOR CJCS, July 11, 2023, DC, 9:30 am ET

The Senate Armed Services Committee (SASC) will hold a hearing on the nomination of Gen. C. Q. Brown to be Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff on July 11, 2023 at 9:30 am ET in G50 Dirksen Senate Office Building.

If confirmed, Brown will succeed Gen. Mark Milley whose term is expiring. Brown currently is Air Force Chief of Staff.

Brown is the sole witness at the hearing, which will be webcast on the committee’s website.
