SASC HRG ON NOMINATION OF LTG DOUGLAS SCHIESS TO BE USSF CSO, July 16, 2026, DC, 9:30 am ET

The Senate Armed Services Committee will hold a hearing on July 16, 2026 at 9:30 am ET in Senate Dirksen SD-G50 on the nomination of Lt. Gen. Douglas Schiess to be General and the third Chief of Space Operations of the U.S. Space Force.

Schiess would succeed Gen. B. Chance Saltzman.
