Update, March 25:  Mitchell Institute tells us this morning that originally it was at 10:00 am, then shifted to 2:00 pm, but now is back at 10:00 am ET, all at the request of the CSO’s staff.

Update, March 24:  AT 8:41 am ET, they sent an email changing the time to 2:00 pm ET.

However, as of 11:00 pm ET, the website still says 10:00 am ET. We are seeking clarification from the organizers.
