SENATE COMMERCE HRG NOMINATIONS FOR FCC AND NOAA, Nov 17, 2021, DC, 10:00 am ET

The Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee will hold a nomination hearing on November 17, 2021 at 10:00 am ET in 253 Russell Senate Office Building.  The hearing will be preceded by an Executive Session where the committee will vote on three bills and three other nominations.

The nominees who will appear before the committee for the hearing include President Biden’s nominee to chair the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Jessica Rosenworcel, and his nominee to be Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere (a position in NOAA), Jainey Kumar Bavishi.
