SENATE COMMERCE NOM HRG FOR DANIELLE THUMANN SEVERS TO BE FCC COMMISSIONER, Sept 17, 2026, DC, 10:30 am ET

The Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee will hold a nomination hearing on September 17, 2026 at 10:30 am ET in 253 Russell Senate Office Building.  The hearing will be webcast on the committee’s website.

One of the nominees is Danielle Thumann Severs to serve as a Commissioner of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).  She is currently Senior Counsel to FCC Chairman Brenden Carr.
