SENATE COMMERCE NOMINATION HEARING FOR PAM MELROY AND RICK SPINRAD, May 20, 2021, DC, 10:15 am ET

The Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee will hold a nomination hearing on May 20, 2021 in 216 Hart Senate Office Building at 10:15 am ET.  Among the nominees to be considered are:

• Pam Melroy to be Deputy Administrator of NASA
• Rick Spinrad to be Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere and Administrator of NOAA

The hearing will take place immediately after an Executive Session where the committee will vote on the nomination of Eric Lander to be Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy.
