SENATE CONVENES FOR LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS FOR 2ND SESSION OF 118TH CONGRESS, Jan 8, 2024, DC, 3:00 pm ET

The Senate will convene for legislative business for the 2nd session of the 118th Congress on January 8, 2024 at 3:00 pm ET.

The 2nd session officially convenes on January 3, but the Senate will meet only in pro forma sessions until January 8.

The Second Session of the 118th Congress will convene on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at 12 noon for a pro forma session only, with no business conducted.

The Senate will then convene for pro forma sessions on the following dates and times:

Friday, January 5, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
