China’s Shenzhou-14 and its three-person crew will return to Earth on December 4, 2022 landing in Inner Mongolia, China. The taikonauts on this flight are:
- Chen Dong
- Liu Yang
- Cai Xuzhe
China has said they will return on December 4, but not the time.
Andrew Jones, a reporter who closely follows China’s space program, estimates landing at about 12:10 UTC, which is 7:10 am EST.

China’s CGTN network usually provides live coverage of such events.
They are returning from about six months (they launched on June 5) on the Tiangong-3 space station after China’s first crew exchange with Shenzhou-15, which launched on November 29 and docked the same day. A crew handover ceremony took place on December 2.
