SMALL WORLDS, BIG SCIENCE: VON KARMAN LECTURE BY CAROL RAYMOND, Aug 8 & 9, 2019, Pasadena, CA (webcast)

Dr. Carol Raymond will present the 2019 von Karman lecture on the topic of “Small Worlds, Big Science.”  The lecture will take place twice in Pasadena, CA, at 7:00 pm Pacific Daylight Time (10:00 pm Eastern):

• at JPL’s von Karman Auditorium on August 8, 2019 and
• at Caltech’s Ramo Auditorium on August 9, 2019

The lecture on August 8 will be livestreamed.

Raymond is the PI of the Dawn mission that visited Vesta and Ceres, and Manager of JPL’s Small Bodies Program.
