SPACEX ANNOUNCES FIRST PRIVATE PASSENGER TO MOON ON BFR, Sept 17, 2018, Hawthorne, CA, 9:00 pm ET (6:00 pm local) Webcast

SpaceX tweeted on September 13 that it will announce on Monday, September 17, the name of the first private passenger who will fly around the Moon on its Big Falcon Rocket (BFR).  No timeframe for when that launch will take place was mentioned.

The event will take place at 6:00 pm Pacific Time (9:00 pm Eastern) at SpaceX’s Hawthorne, CA facilities and be webcast on its website.
